  • ARB Application – The ARB Application is an essential part of any property improvement. The Paraiso ARB or Architectural Review Board is comprised of community members who hand-review each improvement to a property to ensure it is within Community standards, but homeowners are responsible for adhering to HOA rules and regulations, Palm Beach County, and Florida laws.  Average turn-around time for an ARB application is generally only 7 days but, depending on the scale of the project, could take up to 30.
