Upcoming/Ongoing Improvement Projects:
- 441 Beautification of Paraiso property on the North and South sides of community entrance has begun! This is including removal of ficus, palms, and all old plants, as well as replacement of irrigation system, palms, and various landscape design with lighting, as well as wall repair and repainting.
- Allegro Dr: The two trees with falling berry debris are in the process of removal.
- Community-wide – Full removal of ficus throughout the community is complete and replacement with clusia is in progress.
- Allegro – South Corners – landscape redesign.
- Allegro / Fanfare Cul-de-sacs – Power installed to allow for future lighting projects with a possibility of the addition of water access.
